We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using reliable, tracked delivery services.


Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been shipped.

During busy periods or when products are made to order, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always notify you if there’s any delay.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Zenergy Hub is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged at checkout.

International customers (outside the UK) are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply when the parcel enters their country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, the outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.


Delivery Costs & Refunds

  • Outbound delivery charges are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For UK and EU customers, if you cancel or return an order under the 14-day cooling-off period, Zenergy Hub will refund the standard outbound delivery cost you originally paid (if any).
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at zenergyhub@outlook.com with your order number.
We’ll help trace the shipment and, where applicable, open a claim with the courier.


Packaging

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible — recyclable boxes, paper void fill, and reusable materials — to reduce our environmental footprint while keeping your items safe and sound.


Handmade & Natural Variations

Many of our items are handcrafted in Nepal and other artisan communities.
Small variations in colour, finish, or size are part of each piece’s natural character and are not considered faults.
