A beautifully detailed 4” Lingham Singing Bowl from Nepal, combining an unusual traditional form with intricate Buddha imagery and sacred geometric designs.
Small, responsive and easy to play, these bowls are a great introduction to the world of singing bowls. They produce a lovely clear, bright tone without requiring lots of experience or technique, making them an excellent starter singing bowl for meditation, mindfulness and personal sound practice.

The Lingham Design
The defining feature of a Lingham Singing Bowl is the distinctive raised centre inside the bowl.
Inspired by the traditional lingam form, it is associated with creation, balance and transformative energy. The raised centre also gives the bowl a very distinctive appearance and contributes to its individual sound and resonance.
The interior features seated Buddha imagery surrounded by intricate sacred and geometric motifs, with further detailed etching around the outside of the bowl.
